Time is running short for Congress to act and ensure that the Stafford Student Loan interest rate does not double from 3.4 to 6.8 percent on July 1. Last week, Leadership Conference Education Fund interns rallied on Student Debt Day to tell their members, #DontDoubleMyRate!
