Watch: CNN Reports on a New Study Finding that 10 Million Latinos Could Be Affected by Restrictive Voting Laws
A new report from the Advancement Project, “Segregating American Citizenship: Latino Voter Disenfranchisement in 2012,” finds that “23 states currently have legal barriers that disproportionately impact voter registration and participation by Latino citizens.”
